PTA Volunteer Coordinator – compile listing of available volunteers and their preferences, helping
to fulfill volunteer needs throughout the year. This is an Executive Board position which involves
board meetings throughout the year.
American Education Week (chairperson, provide snacks, greeters, help with Teachers’
Wish program, coordinate give-a-ways)
Dances (decorating, ticket sales, chaperone, provide snacks and ice)
Fundraisers (chairpersons, planning team, delivery day team)
Office and Media Center (helping in school office, library assistance, Book Fair)
Helping teachers in classroom (laminating, copies, project assistance, etc)
Spirit Gear Coordinator - promote and track sales, manage reorders
Box Top/Campbell’s labels coordinator(s)-promote, collect and submit tops & labels
for fundraising)
Teacher Appreciation (chairpersons for lunch or breakfast events, provide food, assist with
the week or day’s events, donate raffle items)
Newsletter (monthly sponsorships, monthly assembly – approx 6 people to help fold/seal
newsletters for about 2 hrs)
Other - New opportunities will arise throughout the school year. Check back often.
